Holy crap I did it! People have been bugging me for a tutorial for a long time, and I actually have had this little one laid out for some time and it keeps slipping my mind. I demonstrated this at All Fur Fun, and promised a bunch of people I'd give them this tutorial and supply list long ago. It's finally here, sorry for the wait! Not the best image example, but I think the bunny there gets the point across.

Wow, this is one of the better more informative tutorial's i've seen on dA, deviant's usually don't explain required supplies and the surface difference's for what's being used so this is Awesome =D i've alway's wanted to try to paint using acrylic's but i never knew what to buy or that you could create layer's so this is very helpful, Pwnsome job =)

Wow thats super useful, I love the textures you manage to achieve using this style (gives me a reason to do another painting too :B)

This is a wonderful tutorial, most of the ones I see here on DA really aren't all that helpful/explain the materials or directions you need to take in depth enough for everyone to really understand and be able to do. Especially for traditional media; And a technique a lot of people I'm sure have been dying to learn (me included).
