A trade with
 , which I worked my ass off for! Done with graphite, scanned, then photoshop color added underneath. So 11 1/2 hours, 15 layers, and a totally dead wrist later (I use a mouse), I have this! I tried to get the effect of the sun glowing through the feathers, referencing some photos and a Nambroth piece for how to do that. I'm not sure I fully succeeded, but it still looks really snazzy to me! I worked pretty darn hard on it =3 The background is actually a really really blurred photo I took of the local sunset one evening, it's a cool photo (I ought to upload it). I wanted to digitally paint in clouds, but I suck at it so I stopped after trying for a while.Here's a detail of the image: [link] Also, I'm making a mailing list if anyone wants to be on it (gotten a lot of people asking me to inform them when I'm open for commissions).
