 Besides American Eskimos, I don't think I've ever drawn a specific breed of dog. So I tried my hand at a light colored husky, and gave him some cute little wings to add to his cuddle-ability. I wish he were real, I need a happy doggy hug to banish art block! ;__; And he's got a brother: [link] Anyway, did this with prismacolor markers and graphite on 6" X 8" bristol. The colors I used were black, 30% cool grey, 20% cool grey, blondewood, sand, eggshell (for his fur) clay rose, salmon pink (for mouth and ears) and some true blue for his eyes. I'm running low on my stash of stuff I made before art block hit (these were drawn a while ago), but expect a couple more soon-ish. Hope you're enjoying seeing my stock of un-uploaded art!
