...Dearling. I love your art SO SO SO much. Rly. I love it. Tons.

But we really must discuss these wings. D: They're teeny... and you put so much obvious work into them! They really do deserve some bigger love. I also suggest a quick shaping tutorial. [link]

It just saddens me, because you're TRYING so hard. It's just... They're starting to morph into moth wings, especially around the wing's elbow joint (which is right under the arm's elbow joint in this image). :[

But I do love this piece otherwise. <3

In regards to the size of the wings, yes they are indeed too small to really support an animal of his size in true flight. But there are only so many ways "real sized" wings can fit on a canvas of this size without making the body extra tiny. So with these flat color commissions, I do downsize the wings in order to fit them on the canvas.

Also moth shape = intentional hun. ;)
