Wolf Nymph Maskby *Shadow-Wolf

Artisan Crafts / Leatherwork

My boyfriend bought this mask from an artist named Tiffany Smyth and the Colorado Renaissance Festival as a gift to me for our third year anniversary over the summer. I picked it out from dozens of handcrafted/molded leather masks that Tiffany makes herself and paints. Tiffany even signed the mask for me on the inside when we bought it!

This mask came as a blank unpainted slate, so I painted it myself (acrylic paints) and added the jewels (peridot) and the teeth (sculpy clay). Kind of an artistic interpretation of Wolf Nymph's marking here, adapted to the mask itself.

I will be wearing this mask for halloween probably, and I hope to bring it to FC with me to wear around the con. Now everyone go look at Tiffany Smyth's website: [link]
